Real Estate Planning is a program developed by Professional Realtor's to help Canadians and their families answer their real estate questions in, or as they approach, retirement.

Our Real Estate Planning program is a three part strategy that focuses on providing solutions to the age old question where do we/I go from here?

The Importance of REAL ESTATE PLANNING

The Real Estate Planning program identifies three underlying reasons for moving:

• lifestyle reasons
• financial reasons
• the unexpected (for example, a death in the family or health problems)

You may be able to identify with more than one of these three categories. Together with your Professional Realtor, you can work through the Real Estate Planning program and find the best solution for you. The first phase is a new training course for our sales people that will enable them to better understand the problems and concerns of this marketplace and how to provide more effective solutions to these concerns.

The second phase of the Real Estate Planning program is the consolidation of information that will benefit you the consumer. It comes in many forms: adult lifestyle communities, new homes and condominiums to retirement residences. In addition we will be adding timely information on such topics as purchasing new homes, renovations, tax and financial questions, legal and other information to aid consumers in making informed decisions.
